Each is then wicked by hand with lead-free cotton wicks or eco-friendly wood wicks & lovingly hand-poured in Melbourne, Australia.  They are phthalate-free, paraben-free, petroleum-free, paraffin-free, cruelty-free & 100% vegan.  They do not use any blend of paraffin wax as it is derived from crude oil, a non-renewable resource.  Crude oil & its manufacturing process have caused a slew of environmental tragedies including pollution, oil spills, damage of natural habitats & is also contributing to climate change.  Quietude Candles avoid any additive using palm oil,  a non-sustainable resource as it is destroying ecosystems, biodiversity & supporting unfair human rights practices.
